Lilac Silk Country House Goblet Pleat Second-hand Curtains W260 D295 – Perfect for Film Set

This listing is for a pair of long lilac silk country house goblet pleat second-hand curtains in damaged condition. These curtains have interlining and a definite ‘faded-grandeur’ appearance and would be perfect for that instant ‘shabby-chic’ look.

If you were to hang them but not draw them closed they would be very happy indeed and would do their very best for you!! The two pictures taken in the storage facility are of the second curtain.

Our ratings for these really lovely aged curtains are as follows: –

The vintage silk fabric of the curtains are still in reasonably good condition although you can see areas of fading. The silk, being old, has started to distress and fraying would be putting it mildly. We have pictured the worst effects of this damage but the fact is we cannot help but love the curtains –  Rating 6.5/10

The  linings of the curtains are in pretty ok condition although, as these are very old curtains, they are looking tired but otherwise good – Rating 7/10

These curtains will fit a track/pole up to a BEST WIDTH of 146 ins or 371 cms with a drop of 107 ins or 272 cms. The maximum width is 154 ins or 392 cms.
