A lot of clients are worried about maintaining financial security and it is something we take very seriously indeed.

When curtains have been with the customer for 14 days we know they are not going to be returned. We make contact with our client via WhatsApp to obtain their full bank details. Once the details have been received we put them into our bank’s payment systems and ask the client to delete the WhatsApp message.

When all payments have been completed we ensure the client’s details are deleted from the bank’s systems. We then confirm to the client that this has been done.
