This listing is for a fabulous pair of vintage lemon yellow silk pencil pleat second-hand curtains. These luscious curtains come with interlining and are in very good overall vintage condition and ready to be loved again.

The curtains came from a lovely old country house in Bedmond in Hertfordshire and originally had severe fraying damage along the leading edges. This damage was remedied but we left the fraying along the bottom edges (see pictures) until the curtains sell as curtains can always be easily taken up slightly. This bottom damage has already been taken into account with the price for these beautiful curtains.

Our ratings for these vintage curtains are as follows:–

The vintage silk fabric is still in great condition and, as previously mentioned above, the only damage is along the bottom edges of each curtain – Rating 8.5/10

The  linings of the curtains are showing signs of sun fading and are a tad tired but nothing to further detract from the look or value – Rating 7.95/10

These curtains will fit a track/pole up to an approximate width of 84 ins or 213 cms with a drop of 106 ins or 268 cms.
