The curtain fabric is crushed velvet. The distinct patterned and mottled texture with varying directions in the pile creates the shimmering, catch-the-light effect unique to crushed velvet.

The dominant body of the fabric is blush pink/champagne gold base tone with silver reflective highlights. As the light hits the crushed velvet pile it reflects bright silver-white and cool silvery blue highlights.
